Founded in 1998, our practice is built on a strong foundation of architectural excellence and interior expertise.
Architect Vijay Patil, an alumnus of Nashik College of Architecture (B.Arch) and Bharati Vidyapeeth (M.Arch – Environmental). His early projects focused on bungalows and farmhouses, gradually expanding into diverse architectural domains.
Partnering with him is Interior Designer Smita Patil, who holds a Diploma in Interior Design degree from Nashik. With her design sensitivity and eye for detail, she creates interiors that harmonize functionality with aesthetics.
Together, they bring a blend of architectural vision and interior elegance, offering clients complete design solutions under one roof.
